NYS Pollution Prevention Institute
Aided NYS Pollution Prevention Institute to develop a sustainability handbook for wineries in New York State. Work included assisting with writing section of the handbook on water and wastewater practices as well as site visits to review current practices at a few selected wineries. Continuing work includes assistance with presentations and education on water reduction and wastewater design for various wineries and breweries through the state.
