Project Management and Owner’s Representation, Utica, NY
Ongoing project management support and owner’s representation for the expansion and facility upgrades at a large brewery. Management of technical scope, contractors, budget and internal resources for a $34.5 million dollar expansion including new brewing equipment and supporting piping installation, utility (glycol) upgrades, and chemical dosing systems. CPES provided support throughout the life cycle of the project from concept to start-up.
